Remote Call Center Agent
(1099 Agent)
Position Overview:
We are looking for dedicated, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Call Center Agents. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will work remotely, handling inbound customer service inquiries for leading brands across various industries. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while providing professional and efficient service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service calls, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
- Follow established scripts and workflows to ensure consistency in service.
- Record customer interactions and document details of inquiries and issues.
- Maintain a quiet and professional work environment with no background noise.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Must be based in the United States.
